Why a Benefit?
With all of the side issues- Passcodes, Ballots, Drawings, ex-post facto arbitrary rules changes, etc, the emphasis has sadly, shifted from the main point; which is the band, a worthwhile fund, and thrilled fans anticipating a fantastic concert.
Let's get back on track, shall we?

What is a Happening? Huh?
In tribute to the incredible spirt inbued in most Zep fans, a Happening acknowledges an involved lifestyle; activisim in its best form and was at a zenith in the 60’s – 70’s and an aesthetic and intellectual appreciation of the arts & culture, especially interesting music.
Relax in a great setting with good food, music, fun and friends: new and old. All are fans of Zep and the solo careers of it's members. Many have deep musical appreciation for other artists with Blues and Folk roots. Best of all, these badgeholders get a really cool badge with a space for their real and user names.
It isn’t about the hair, it’s about the attitude, man. Be cool. Drag out those 70’s duds. It will be the most fun you’ve had in a long, long time.
Where’s the money going?
Proceeds to go to the Ahmet Ertegun Education Fund. A donation of 340GBP was made on behalf of the attendees of the event on 02 January 2008.
